Delete your account

In the app this is called “Close account”.

From inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Open “My account”, then tap “Close account” at the bottom, under “Log out”.
3. Read what will happen, add a reason if you wish (optional), then tap “Continue”.
4. Tap “Close my account”. After you confirm, you will not be able to sign in to your account.
5. The app then shows you the date your personal data will be deleted.

What happens right away

• Your account is disabled right away: no sign-in, no visibility, no contact.
• All your sessions on every device are ended.
• Your jobs and requests in progress are cancelled and the other party is notified.

What is deleted after the grace period

• Your personal data is deleted or anonymised: phone, name, photo, location, sign-in methods, chats, and your device identifiers.
• The grace period is currently 30 days from the closing date in Jordan; the app shows the exact date once you confirm.

What is kept, and why

• If there is a documented complaint on your account, your ID photo and complaints record are kept because of that complaint; the duration is set by law.
• Completed jobs are kept, anonymised, for statistics.

If you cannot sign in

Email us at support@7sanaye.com and ask us to close your account.
